"I would rate them higher than 5 stars if that was an option. Trey and Mitch came out to do an estimate and put a temporary patch to cover the hole in the roof without delay. The hole was right over my disabled sonâ s bedroom and we had been getting a lot of rain; a large part of the ceiling had fallen in on his bed. They carefully inspected our roof - it was bery bad and we knew it - went over our options and presented their recommendations . They helped us find financing and went way above and beyond our expectations to make sure our roof was replaced quickly and efficiently, and with excellence. The whole neighborhood turned out to watch the roof replacement. Their team was impressive. They worked amazingly fast, and when they were finished they left no debris behind. The job site was so clean the only sign they were ever there was the new roof, which is beautiful! We have since had a couple of bad storms and, I failed to mention, there are three huge oak trees looming over our house. Several good sized branches came down and hit the roof and the roof kept us safe, secure and dry. We are so grateful to RoofElite. "My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

"My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '."

"We replaced a 15-year old roof in May 2019. Jeff, our consultant, came to the house, estimated the cost for complete removal and replacement and answered all of our questions. He even suggested a solution to rain leaking through our lanai roof which has worked great, so far. He made himself available whenever we had a question. The front office was excellent in keeping us informed concerning timing of the job and leading us through the process. It took one long day to strip and replace the roof. The crew was good. Cleanup after the job was good. The roof looks tremendous. We also had some eave and soffit wood damage that was repaired in the process. This was a big plus. I would recommend Westfall without reservation."
