Their estimate for the entire jot was not the lowest, but it may have been the lowest for a quality job which I was able to research. "I inquired online through Angi about Royal Roofing. Promptly Sterling returned a call to me and we chatted. I have a 14 year old flat foam roof which is generally in good shape but has experienced blistering over the years. This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .
