Our kitchen grout was in terrible shape, and apparently never mixed or installed correctly, so over the years, it had chipped, crumbled and mildewed to the point of no return. It took 2 appointments by Grout Pro to completely regrout the worn areas on the counter and stain any remaining areas, like the backsplashes, to match. Now the counters look as good as the day we moved in. Their service also included a final sealing of the counters, which they guarantee for 6 months. They also cleaned and re-sealed our kitchen/pantry and bathroom tile floors, which had also grown dingy over the years, and they too look brand spanking new.
