Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Sunbury, OH

"Could have/should have done a better job of replacing all the dirt dug from the hole next to the foundation."

"QBS did a fantastic job in our basement. They installed a French drain and sump pump, as well as steel beams for foundation support. The work was done in a timely manner and they kept everything clean. Our basement looks and feels great now! Would highly recommend!"

"We had Bucklew waterproof our basement and install a sump pump, drain to the street, egress window, and glass block windows. They were always prompt, great at communicating with us and answering all our questions, worked efficiently, and always wanted to make sure we were satisfied with their work. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Couldn't be happier, especially that my basement is finally DRY, even after all the rain we've gotten lately."

"The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"The owner called me within a half hour of me requesting service. He set me up with an appointment for the next day. The tech came and fixed my items that needed to be repaired. He did a fantastic job on replacing my handrail brackets and fixing my wooden couch. The tech left my house just as clean as when he arrived. I would highly recommend hiring Mastroianni Home Solutions LLC for your handyman needs and if you are looking to do a remodeling job, they are the ones to go with. Everyone from the owner to the tech were extremely nice and very friendly. And the cost was very reasonable."

"For the homeowners who discovered mold in their home, and are stressed and worried about the potential cost of the eradication process, you need not look any further than these guys! Craig showed up promptly on the day day and time of our appointment, and my wife and I were immediately impressed and comfortable with his warmth and knowledge! During his assessment, he took his time pointing out the obvious areas and certain problems we never noticed! He did this not to frighten or pressure us, but being informative about the reason for for the presence of the mold! But what shocked us was the total cost of eradication...it was almost half of what 2 other companies had quoted us! His crew of young men worked tirelessly and were friendly and courteous to a fault. No complaints about their cleanup efforts either! We would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat! Ray & Lisa Jones, Delaware, Ohio"

"I used Basement Armor (Dave) to install a new sump pump system in my basement. He did excellent work, and provided excellent service. To accomidate my schedule, he did the work on a Saturday, the same week I called him. Due to quality work and excellent service, I had him do more work, including replacing all shutoff valves in the house. Same as before, he accommodated my schedule, and helped on a weekend. He also spotted a gas leak in the basement for me, and fixed as well. You could find cheaper, but not with the same quality of work, or customer service."
