While there are many good contractors and carpenters out there, what sets Nick apart is his excellent communication skills and willingness to incorporate our ideas into the project in a way that combined our vision for the project and Nick's technical expertise to create a beautiful update to our home. Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop as the project was going and always was clear about any issues he encountered and potential ways to address them. We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! He did a great job with clean up too and was very helpful with material sourcing to achieve our desired look and style. I highly recommend him to friends and family and look forward to seeing what he will accomplish as he continues to build his business."

Said job would be done in “no more than” three days; took eight days. Left job early one day for a picnic. Installed caddy in the back of the shower without consulting us about where we wanted it. Have to purchase a new caddy after paying extra for the built in one. Left driveway filthy. Primised to clean but never did. So not worth the money."

There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"So he came out gave a price we agreed upon. She showed up and due to a piece of wood needing to be installed he changed the price. I was ok with that and agreed to the new price. That happened on 10/3, I told him we were not in a rush to tape and mud so I afforded him the flexibility to do in the next 1-2 weeks. I also paid him $250 which was all but $50 of agreed price. After reaching out to him he tells me he will not do the work for remaining $50 and needs more money $100. So after some back and forth he is not going to change the terms on me and he isn?t going to complete the job for the agreed upon price. So we paid him $250 for a piece of wood and this drywall he put up. We made the mistake of trusting him to A. Do a good job and B. To do it for the price we agreed on. The original agreement was $250, but with the extra wood installation I agreed to $300. I would not recommend working with someone that wants to renegotiate terms and prices after the fact."
