"I can’t say enough good things about Westin Air and their employees. They are all courteous, professional, punctual and genuinely care about the level of service they provide. I had annual maintenance in October for my gas furnace with no issues reported. In November my furnace would not stay lit so they were called back. The company said I was out of the typical call back service but comped the service fee. Jake was at my house for over an hour trying to duplicate the problem but could not. I could tell he genuinely cared about not being able to reproduce. He gave me some pointers and asked me if it happened again to video the experience and call back. In January the same issue occurred. I called Westin and they were out in about 1.5 hours. Jake was able to diagnose the issue as a lose ground wire causing the safety on the furnace to shut it down. Again, I was not charged for the call back. I highly recommend this company. Note the price I have is approximate. I don’t remember exact cost."

"Lewis (tech) and Franklin are awesome !! We live in a rental home near Granville. This house has an on-demand heating and hot water boiler that stopped working yesterday afternoon. We started with Angie's List and worked our way down the list trying to find someone to come out and fix the unit. Atlas Butler - they would not do it because they did not install it. Logan AC Services - they do not work on boiler systems Worthington Air - they do not work on boiler systems but referred me to Franklin. I left a message with Franklin, Lewis called me back within 10 minutes and said he was finishing a job and would be out shortly. Lewis arrived within and hour and had the system up and running in about 1/2 an hour. Excellent ratings from top to bottom, kudos to Lewis."

In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck)."
