"AVI gave me an estimate that was $400 less than another estimate for the drywall I needed installed. He got it all done in 1 day, left the room looking spotless, and he even repaired a minor electrical issue my tenant asked him about at no additional charge! Alfredo is professional, got the job done timely, was on time, took pictures throughout the process and sent them to me. "Extremely well. James was very professional. He answered questions via phone/e-mails quickly. His pricing was competitive. He even offered the solution to grout the gap left on the tiled floors after removing the old baseboards so that the new ones would sit level with the floor. No one else offered this solution. You still have to grout at the end because there will still be a gap because the tile is not level, but a lot less work due to the first step. Workmanship was great. He worked steady and was neat and clean. Finished my house in 2 days."

"Jody Sims painted my aluminum sided house 2 years ago. Great job. Had him back this year to paint the barn and an old ( 60-70 yrs? ) cement block building that had NEVER been painted. Jody Sims does not cut corners . He puts in the time to do things right, and to make sure it meets expectations. He power washes, does all the prep and pays attention to even small details to make sure the results are high quality. His painting is beautiful, no runs, sags, variation in color, just beautiful. See the before and after pictures included."
