"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"The method needed to clean them was clearly labeled "S" for solvent. The worker called the office and was directed to proceed even though they clearly use ionized water NOT a solvent or dry cleaning method."

"Everyone was very professional and cleaned up."

"It was an excellent experience in every way. Brian is a pro, uses first class equipment, puts in extra effort where it's needed. He was exactly on time, was careful of our possessions, left the place in excellent order, even called back from the road to tell us how to hasten the drying of the carpet so as to minimize our inconvenience. Will definitely call him again"

"Jeff was great to work with.  He gave me a systematic approach to solving some ongoing water/drainage issues we may have.   He recommended first and foremost fixing a number of things his company would not benefit at all from (roof/gutters/downspouts, dehumidier) prior to us embarking upon a major project.  Thus, I felt that he was honest and gave answers/suggestions that weren't "cookie cutter" and had our best interest in mind.
If we do end up taking on a major basement waterproofing project after doing some of the more minor fixes he suggested, I will definitely be giving him a call to have his company do the work.

"Got Carpets did an excellent job. I’ve had same rugs and some of the same carpets cleaned by others and after drying I was disappointed. But not this time. I will definitely have them back for future needs. Very professional as well."

"DEVIN CAME OUT TO INSPECT AND SHOWED US PIX OF THE 30 YEARS OF DAMAGED TO BOTH CHIMNEYS SO WE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. THE WORK TOOK 2 DAYS. HE AND CASEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. CALLED WHEN ON THEIR WAY. CLEAN UP WAS DONE AND WE HAD A COMPLETE LIST OF REPAIRS BEFORE THEY LEFT."

"It was a big job, with some major stains in the basement. Many of the stains were removed, although not all. We just purchased the house so I do not know the origin of the stains or if they had been treated before. Many came out. The carpet is fresh and much cleaner. I would use Hank again and recommend Maxcare for results and good pricing."

"First time every hiring a cleaning service and now i will be using them twice a month."

"Allen provided outstanding service. He inspected inside and outside. Fortunately we didn’t need a cleaning. He explained how all the vents and drafts worked. Also tested gas starter and explained safety procedures. Hire again! He also called to let us know he was on the way and arrived earlier than scheduled!! Thanks Casteel!"
