They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."

"The work they did a good job at one of my houses. I used them again and they did not do as good as job. I got upsold on the work. I had to pay for more square footage. There was a problem with the chimney caps and did not plug up all the bird holes. I asked and they also said they would replace the gutters and kept finding things to charge me more for. They did not get the quotes right on a majority of the work done. Communication could be much better since different people handled different aspects of the job."

"The team from Spectacular Painting was Spectacular!  Every step of the process from the time I contacted them was handled so professionally.  They worked with my schedule to get the work done within a week and I am thrilled with the results.  I cannot say enough about how diligent and professional the team they sent to my house was.  They were quiet and efficient and cleaned everything up when they finished, replacing my furniture and removing all the debris.  I had hoped for those things but what I wasn't expecting was how pleasant and polite the team was and how they treated my home with the care that they would treat their own.  Highly recommended!  We will be using them again, very soon!!
