"Renovation of 1 and 1/2 bathrooms in my apartment. Contractor and workers were very responsible. They were always on time. The tile work in the bathrooms was perfection!! Workers checked with me regularly so we were on the same page and the contractor went out of his way, beyond my expectations, to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall work was excellent!"

"Mr. Hok and Proper Contracting NY Inc were an absolute godsend after a kitchen fire forced a complete gut renovation of my mother’s apartment. Their pricing was by far the best after getting four quotes, and the quality delivered was outstanding. Renovating in a Co-op can be tricky, but Proper Contracting handled every detail effortlessly. They coordinated with the board, provided all COI paperwork, and strictly followed building rules. Midway through, we were so impressed that we expanded the scope to paint the entire apartment and remodel the bathroom. They managed everything seamlessly and stayed strictly on budget. If you want a reliable, skilled, and honest contractor, look no further. I definitely recommend Proper Contracting NY Inc! (Check out the uploaded photos to see their work!)"

"Mr. Nunez and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They explained everything and were ready and willing to answer questions and assist in any way they could. They were extremely professional, did a great clean up and went beyond our expectations. I now have my dream bathroom!"

"George and his team remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms. Their work was excellent quality, communication throughout the projects was very good and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects."

"David and his team were amazing to work with. They did our apartment renovations beautifully and on time. We had a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and the Mayanda team worked extremely efficiently without sacrificing quality. David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment. The Mayanda team were professional and easy to work with. We love how our apartment renovations turned out! Would highly recommend Mayanda to anyone looking for a contractor!"

"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again."

"I had to do a full bathroom gut and redo my kitchen floors and backsplash while saving my cabinets and appliances. Mario walked me through the proposed work and was very responsive with my co-op paperwork. When Alfredo and his team came, they followed all my building’s rules: allowed work times, access areas, protecting lobby floors and waste removal. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to go over all my concerns during the work. He washers everyday to oversee the team along with personally doing the work himself. I would rehire and recommend to all my friends and family!"

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."
