"While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. The company offers a lifetime warranty, so they will send someone out to correct any problems you have. I was very pleased with the look of the home exterior colors, and the new door. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.

"I wasn't available during that Saturday because I went to my girl's recital and he actually stood an hour waiting for me to get back. I thought that was very nice of him. He answered all my questions and he said he was going to work on getting me on schedule sooner rather than later. It just happened that I got a call the following day and in two days, they came out to replace the gutters. I thought the price was reasonable and I even thought it was going to be more expensive. The gutters are still up and water's flowing directly through it and I don't see anything overflowing. So far, it has been good. They were very professional. The guys who put it up had questions and they replaced some items that were rotted. They were able to give me options of what I could and could not do."
