"Field service staff were punctual, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the course of the project. Options were outlined clearly during the field assessment and installation was scheduled the next day. Satisfied with installation results. Prices are fair for the area. Would hire them again."

"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. I will not hesitate to contact Jess for our future plumbing needs. Photo shows old pipe vs new pipe."

"We've been working with Mike Counsil for over 8 years - clogged drains, water heater, new toilets, and most recently a sewer re-pipe. Yes, they may be more expensive than other companies, but with Mike Counsil you get what you pay for - quality work. A big shout out to Rudy and the whole team - they are hardworking, reliable and courteous."

"Wilmar is knowledgeable and effective. He helped remove tree roots in my sewer main, much better than Roto Rooter ever had. Friendly and personable, highly recommended!"

"We had a great experience with Mainline Hunters. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. The technician arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and left the area clean when finished. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mainline Hunters Plumbing and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs."

"The owner, Mike, came to inspect the problem (DIY mess left by me. A half threaded part of shower arm stuck behind) and then proposed a solution which he trusts his job team lead, Manuel, could improvise as needed to avoid cutting through tile walls to minimize damages (and implied later headache and hidden cost). Which all other bidders all included cutting the tile wall without patch-up post job done. Mike was a very good negotiator and flexible at coming to a bid price I cannot not wait and compare. Otherwise, I could lose the reasonable offer. Mike is like an openbook. After job bid approved, he immediately schedule the work for next day right at the table. Manuel led a team of 4 for my project. Manuel is a nice guy, very approachable and would explain any questions I had. Nicely getting job done. At the end, the staff even vacuumed the mess and no trash left behind. I would definitely invite Mike/Manuel team back should I need another new plumbing job to be taken care of."

"Shower and toilet drain were clocked and water was running up. Issue was coming from the main sewer, they helped clear it up."

"You will be so pleased that you chose The Tankless Guys to look after EVERYTHING and anything to do with plumbing in your home. Gert has been my go to professional for over 10 years for ALL my plumbing needs. He operates with the highest integrity. His top priority is to do what is in the best interests of his clients. Gert and Sergio installed my new water heater two years ago. Sergio stayed for much longer than he shouldâ ve after installation was complete. He took extra care to figure out how to program the timer for my existing hot water recirculator which was not part of the water heater job. He didnâ t have to stay, but thatâ s how Gert and Sergio are. True professionals willing to lend their expertise. Some plumbing companies out there send NOT very qualified plumbers to do the minimal and/or charge you a significant amount for unnecessary work. Gert is a straight shooter. He has saved me a ton of money to replace what needed to be replaced and NOT replacing what did not need to be replaced or fixed. He will tell you whatâ s the most economical and efficient and what you need to do to protect your home from future plumbing problems. If you want cut rate prices with NOT the most qualified plumbers, donâ t call The Tankless guys. If you are looking for a team who thoughtfully looks after your whole home and considers preventative measures that you might not have considered, Youâ ll be so happy you called the Tankless Guys. Remember you get what you pay for."

"My toilet and bathroom Sink were clogged, i called them and within a hour they came and unclogged my main with their snake and then they cleaned the main using a machine called hydro jetter. Highly recommend their service"

"Chandlers did a great job. They quoted the repair and got to work. We also added the replacement of the sewer line as the main water line was being replaced. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. I was very pleased with the rapid repair and accommodating the additional work. They made what could have been an ordeal but got it done in 4 days total. I would definitely recommend Chandlers again if the need arises for any other plumbing concerns"
