Roger and Eddie from Five Star Bath Solutions came out the very next morning and spent hours removing slab concrete and hand sawing copper pipes in a cramped area. Roger discovered several leaks in both the hot and cold water pipes. Not only did he refuse to give up until he fixed the leaks and restored my water, he explained everything, and left a â shark biteâ on the outside valve so that I could check for future slab leaks and shut my own water on and off at the main. He then meticulously removed all traces of his labor, leaving me with a clean house, running water, and a profound appreciation for Five Star Plumbing, Roger, Eddie, Johnny and all those who have to live without running water. The following day the shower installation team arrived and installed an elegant shower. They were very pleasant, put up with my intrusive dogs, and did superb work. I am so delighted with the results ."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
