"Ismael contacted me first out of other 5 pro I initiated through Angi, just minutes after. I chatted back and forth with him few times while collecting offers from all the others. In the end I decided to proceed with his business Chandler's Plumbing and set up and appointment for install today at 3pm. Josh showed up at my door 3:20pm and they replaced old 19y old leaking tank with new Rheem and were done by 4:05pm. That's 45min for entire operation! "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
