"We have a patio area with a translucent roof and wanted to have more protection to be able to area in cooler weather. The roof has a slope so a triangular shaped transom was also necessary above the curtain rods. The estimator created a design and recommended hardware. In addition to the curtains, Acme created and installed 2 awnings. We visited the showroom / factory to choose our fabric and were very impressed with their work on display. During installation one of the transoms did not quite fit and it was very quickly remade and installed. Everyone we met at the company was courteous and professional. "We just completed a complicated kitchen remodel and full bath remodel with Done Right Home Remodeling. The project was completed on time, actually early, and for the most part within budget. There are always a few surprises with a project dealing with an 70 year old house and constraints imposed by our first major remodel a number of years ago, not to mention current building codes. Michael and his assistant Ray were wonderful to work with and the ensures positive communication and rapid problem solving throughout the project process. Further, the actual work did not start until all critical decisions were made and key materials in place or their delivery date assured, e.g. new kitchen cabinets. This was essential to project timing and minimizing our disruption. Michael was more than fair in listening to our requests and satisfying our needs. He worked around our schedule to insure work timing was handled correctly. And, when the few problems did occur, the team was on top of them and they were resolved to keep the project on track and meet our specific needs. "Linda, Mica and their team are amazing! They did a full demolition of our old laundry shed, built a stone patio and staircase with a custom iron railing, installed a new metal & glass door (which required a new door frame, too), patched the exterior with any missing shingles, and painted the back wall of the house. The team arrived promptly every morning at 8 am, working 5-6 days a week, and did it with smiles on their faces (so kind and friendly!). Linda checked in on our project in person every few days to address any construction challenges her team ran into and to ensure the quality of work was up to her precise standard. Her team started the job within a week of our inquiry and completed the hefty job within just 3 weeks.
