He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. Company's manager Krystal came out to present an estimate, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable with the whole project. When Jake and his crew came to do the painting job, they were very professional, did an amazing job on the interior, kept the place clean and were extremely accommodating. "Sharon and Ed came out. They were very professional, measured and gave us options. Within a couple of days, we had a bid broken down by components. As we gathered other bids, no one was like OC Decks in professionalism. We were so glad that we went with them. They communicated with us throughout the process. We never had to guess what was going to happen. The guys showed up early and worked all day. The only delay was for the timber tech due to back log at the port. They went over and beyond to make our deck spectacular. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a remodel. I can not thank them enough for making the process so smooth and for the gorgeous deck and railing we now have."

"We were hoping Carlos could remove stucco stains, but they didn't come off. He tried very hard, and this wasn't because of anything he did or didn't do. No one can figure out what the stains are or how they're happening. Carlos discounted our bill because the stains didn't come off. The rest of the project went very well and the outside was beautifully cleaned. He took great care when cleaning our entryways, because they are glass. I give Carlos and his staff an A+ for work product, professionalism and work ethic. I'll use him again."

"Larry and his crew were fabulous. They did exactly what they said they could do in the time and price they had quoted. They cleaned prepared and re-coated three small decks at our home in Venice. Weather, sun and moisture had left our decks in bad shape, worn through in some places and permanent mold layer in areas.  They showed up on time, laid down floor covering everywhere they planned to walk, so the floors would be protected, were very efficient and super friendly and professional. Their worked was completed on time every day they were here,  they were very aware, organized, and throughly cleaned up after themselves.  <br /> We would gladly hire them again and recommend them to our friends. <br />"

Guillermo and Alvarado worked diligently and tirelessly to give me the yard I chose. Even though the project took longer than anticipated due to weather, etc., the result was amazing. "I had a pile of matching roof tiles but they used 2 completely off color tiles along the roof line. they also filled 2 of my trash cans with broken tiles, almost too heavy for me to move. both of these item were quickly taken care of but I should not have had to deal with this. I considered recommending to someone looking for solar, but not now. the roof looks good, but I am not an expert in knowing if it is functional."
