There was a leak, the gas valve was cracked or something inside. Trevor answered my request within 4 minutes of entering information on Angi, he came over early, the next day and got it completed in under 3 hours. Trevor was very knowledgeable with my oven and spoke with me honestly and professionally. Will hire again."

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in..
