I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. When I first called him, he spent a considerable amount of time explaining about mold and his protocol in examining a site. Ron guided the workman on what to do by phone, and then about an hour later came out to take a lab sample which ultimately came back clean. No mold was found behind the wall, by the way. All this on a football playoff Sunday! Ron is so awesomely superior in his service that he blows away the competition. He not only saved me thousands over a bid I had received from a mold remediation company for the job, but gave superlative support through the entire process. Before you spend thousands on a suspected mold remediation project, give Ron a call first. You will get an HONEST evaluation of your problem that just may save you thousands without tearing apart your house, but if it turns out that this is necessary - and he'll give you the no bull assessment - you can rest assured that Ron will give you outstanding guidance through the process to a clean finish."
