"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

I had high hopes and was really looking forward to the project on my new home, only to be let down and feel so discouraged by the amount of money and lack of quality i received. I met the owner at my property to measure and to discuss what I wanted where he gave me verbal and visual confirmation as to where my fence would be, that I clarified at least 2x verbally. He did not write it down until after the appointment, which was my fault, because I trusted his word. The day of installation, the fence was 3 feet shorter into my yard than it is supposed to be and does not even go to the edge of my lot. I have now lost 1/2 of my yard and I am just absolutely beyond disgusted and p***** off. I had a wonderful other company that came out and gave me a quote that I wish I would have gone with instead but I stupidly used T&T because I’m in a new subdivision and was recommended by the sales office…HUGE MISTAKE!!
