"Everything went very smoothly. Jimmy came to the house and sent me a bid in writing later that same day. At first I was just going to hire him for a sprinkler and irrigation system in the back yard, but we discussed lighting as well. His bid was reasonable and he was available within 2 weeks. He told me how long the project would take and I initially hired him to install the watering systems. By the next week when work was due to start, I had decided to have him install the wiring for a future lighting system. Before he finished the water system, (on time) I decided to have him go ahead and install the lights. He did that as soon as he finished the irrigation system.
