"Went great! Anthony texted ahead of arrival with eta. He showed up on schedule, was very professional and gave great advice while checking out various possibilities for the problem. Ultimately due to the dishwasher being over 5 years old and no simple solution, we decided it would not be cost effective to undertake the major repairs that solving the problem would entail. "Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!
