"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. "I had had a water leak from the supply line to the toilet and it did some damage to the wainscot. I replaced the supply line but found some other damage on the baseboard to the adjoining wall. I wanted to make sure that I didn't have a leak from under the house. The plumber from Benjamin Franklin was Jerry Montoya. He was on time, neat and professional looking and very polite. I always stand by and watch any home service provider's employee while they work in my home. I know a little about everything in a home... plumbing, electrical, structure, etc., so, I'm not clueless. I've seen so many people ripped of because lack of knowledge or not at least watching them perform their duties, asking questions, etc. That being said, Jerry welcomed me to watch and ask him questions. He is upstanding and just a "good guy". I had him diagnose another issue with my kitchen faucet. Also, I had a coupon so I saved about $130. I'm very satisfied with Benjamin Franklin and Jerry Montoya.
