"I hired USA Water Heaters to replace my broken Tankless Water Heater with a new unit. I contacted them through their website about 10AM describing my problem and they responded with a quote and two options in about 30 minutes. I opted for the upgraded unit and by 12:30 the same day the technician arrived to install a new water heater. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours and the workmanship is excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and would use them again. The one day service was a big plus."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"The entire process from the initial call to actually getting to take a shower was easy and pleasant with Speedy Water Heaters. They were upfront with pricing, quick to schedule, installation was clean and timely, the tech was knowledgeable, efficient and so patient with all my questions. I would definitely recommend Speedy Water Heaters to my friends and family! Great job!"

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Joe came out and installed the new water heater. Kept me updated on what was being done. Very professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely hire again."

"Jerod and Ryan installed my new tankless water heater quickly. They went above and beyond in getting our hot water back online."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"SoCal repaired the water heater under warranty. They could have charged me for a new water heater. Very honest, quick and professional"

"Do It Right maintained good communication with us. Installation was done as scheduled and in a professional manner. Installation of a drip pan under the water heater was on the scope of work but it was not installed. But the installation passed the HB Planning Dept. inspection anyway. Overall, quality of work was quite good. I would hire this company again."
