"Scott was professional & polite & conscientious. <br /> Sadly enough, I think some of the Angie's List providers are aggravated when they come out, due to high responses and possibly getting paid less than they would like. This was not the case with Scott. He let the finish dry amply between coats and didn't act rushed. The floor is old and was stripped of its original finish and Scott worked h****** getting a nice sheen back on it. He did some minor repairs on the floor too, without charging extra. The floor looks much better after Scott worked his magic. <br />"

I had previously tried to remove the stains and odor myself, using a variety of store bought products, as well as baking soda and vinegar. None of it worked. But the Beacon technician was able to remove both the stain and the odor."

"We were sold a cleaner for the floors that needs to be diluted. We calculated the dilution to be 3 tsp to 25 oz of water after purchase. The cleaner was supposed to be given to us at time of cleaning but was only mailed to us after the job was completed when we learned of the dilution rate. We will never use the whole bottle of cleaner in our lifetimes due to the amount of cleaner and dilution requirements. It cost $50.00. Grout on kitchen floor looked a little better, while the cleaning of grouting on bathroom floors was done better. When I questioned the tech regarding the kitchen grout on the floor he said it would look lighter after it was dry. It didn't. Some type of white flecks were left on the kitchen cabinets that needed cleaning after the tech left. The main problem was that a fine crack reappeared in the kitchen granite behind the kitchen sink and ran to the back of the bay window. This crack had previously been repaired at the time of the crack and was not visible until after the work was done by Sureshine. Sureshine owner and tech had been notified before the work was done by them that there had been a crack shortly after the granite was installed and repaired at that time. Whatever Sureshine did reopened the fine crack. Sergio came on 04/27/2017 and looked at the fine crack and said it was barely visible and nothing would be done by them to repair it. He then immediately left. We will now have to hire a company to repair the crack. UPDATE - A second new crack on the front of the sink was only discovered after Sergio came out regarding the appearance of the crack line behind the kitchen sink. We feel that the crack in front of the sink must have occurred due to pressure created by the tech when the caulking was removed. UPDATE 5/24/2017: The owner Ted McFadden came out yesterday for 2 1/2 hours on the granite and the crack in front of the sink, you can see it but it is less visible, and the crack on the front is smoothed out and is not visible, and he was very cordial. He was very very gracious."

"While doing the work, they found a number of loose tiles around the tub. Had to pay extra, but they re-cemented the loose tiles, did an awesome job of calking and left it all VERY clean when done. Very happy"

"Bob Rugh did some grout cleaning and re-caulking for an old 1940's bathroom that needed refreshing.  He did a great job. The tile looks so bright a cheery again. We are very pleased and will definitely use him in the future."

"Jimmy is thoroughly professional and meticulous in everything he does. Our old marble countertops now shine like they did when new, and the areas of grout that he cleaned/replaced are perfect. He is accomodating on scheduling and he arrives when he says that he will. We were surprised at how quickly he got the work done and were impressed with the results. He even leaves the place looking cleaner than it was when he started. His prices are extremely reasonable. I called and he came to the house quickly for an estimate. We set a date for the future and Robert came exactly on time. He was very professional and took great care to keep my wood floor from scratches. He even cleaned smaller entry and kitchen rugs at no charge. My carpets look amazing! I will definitely call him next year to keep my carpets looking new."

"I used Kelly Custom Tile Finishing. I just had some services done a month ago perhaps. I am not going to really recommend him. I was disappointed. I have used him 3 times and I am just not too satisfied with the work. It is just that the work hasn't held up. He is very easy to deal with but I don't know what has happened with his work that it doesn't hold up. It maybe the seals that he uses, I don't know. I think he is fair for the price, he is very fair. I would not use this provider right now, I am looking for somebody else. I guess I would consider but if I find somebody else I won't use him."
