"George and his crew just completed laying new underlayment on our clay tile roof. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any job! We have a 26 yr old, 2300 sq ft home, which had the original underlayment. After a leak, we contacted 3 contractors for estimates. George responded immediately and came out the next day. Our initial impression was he is honest and we weren't wrong. He didn't add all the unnecessary fluff the other guys wanted to add for a higher profit and came in at thousands below the other 2 bids. After we hired him he came back out to tarp the leak before it rained and until he could get the work done. I believe it was within 2 weeks from the initial contact until he got his crew out here. They were professional, thorough, clean, and fast. It took 2 days to complete our roof. There were no hidden fees and needing to fix or replace anything that didn't need fixing or replaced to increase profit. George's communication throughout the project was excellent. He provided updates, professional advice, and recommended a contractor to repair the drywall damage. We were extremely happy with the drywall repair and cost. We couldn't have repaired the drywall ourselves for much cheaper. We added George to our emergency contact list as our go-to repair man for not just emergencies, but also future projects. "I highly recommend John Donahue and his crew for doing the expert quality work they did on sealing my roof with their liquid rubber sealer. The final texture and look were fantastic and made our roof look like new! John was a real pro in inspecting and evaluating the problems and had wonderful communication skills in explaining every aspect of his suggestions on his solution to use for a cost-effective price! The team of workers was prompt, friendly, and did great work in such a timely manner. Real pros who also did nice cleanup work after the finish of the job!!! The painter proceeded to roll on the paint beginning with the red accent wall first.   After all walls were painted  then cutting in around doors and windows.  Then he applied the second coat on the red wall and then applied a second cut-in and the second coat to all walls.  With the walls painted and repainted he started on the baseboards which he painted twice.  Project done!  And an excellent job was completed.
