There was one installer but he worked ...no joke 10.5 hours until the just was completed. Best part was the touch up that he did to make sure my fence looked immaculate. "From start to finish Sean was warm and pleasant. I was never made to feel rushed or like I was just a stop on his list. He and his staff were neat and careful. He moved my items efficiently and without any damages. Might I add - They were also punctual with their arrival and time was not wasted. Sean and his staff did their job well! "Reasonably well, once the boss arrived. They charge by the truckload, at $600 per truckload and send a crew of three guys. When they started, they were not packing the truck tightly at all and my wife mentioned this to them. The initial crew was college kids working for the summer, and they told her that there was no reason for them to pack it any tighter! When my wife poitned out the obvious, that it was costing us more and that she wanted them to re-pack, the crew leader suggested calling the boss, and my wife readily agreed. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and made a deal with us to charge for no more than two and one-half truckloads. This seemed reasonable to us. They guys were then very helpful and courteous as they worked to throw out our old refrigerator/ freezer, which took some doing. They arranged for the recycle guy to come and pick up the metal appliances.
They also came back the following morning as promised to pick up remaining items. The crew leader told us that if they forgot anything, to call them and it would be part of the job. When I discovered that they (and me) forgot about items on the outside side of their house, I called and left one message asking them to return, but they did not. I did not call them again, as we were caught up in more moving details. I felt that they did a reasonable job, but I wish they would have done so from the start without prompting -- I had several harried, excited phone calls from my wife while I was driving to our NJ home.
The boss/ owner is good -- I recommend dealing directly with him if possible, and otherwise escalating to him if issues arise.
They did make themselves available on one day's notice, when we needed them -- our initial plans for clean-out fell through, and they had the crew at our place the next day. This is appreciated.

"I had a great experience with Infinity Fence. We needed to replace a mix of chain link and wood fence that were both rusty and/or falling apart. I got 3 different quotes and Infinity was very personable about the whole process and they matched the like-for-like quote from one of the vendors. This made my decision on who to go with very easy. Their team was able to remove the old fence and install about 200 feet of new fence in 2.5 days. The crew on-site was very good, my property threw a couple of challenges at them but they did an excellent job to not only overcome them but have the fence come out looking beautiful.
