"We contacted Elegance Surface Concepts to have our maple kitchen and fireplace refinished in white. We weren't even sure if it can be done at the time. We met Mark and immediately we fell in love with him! He told us that not only can he get them white, but we can choose what type of white we wanted...(Brilliant white, distressed white, antique white..etc) He showed us a few samples and was very patient with us because we weren't sure what style we wanted to go with. Mark even came back a couple times to show us the samples again. After we pick the style, Mark gave a date he can start and told us how long it would take. On the day he gave us, Mark and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely neat and careful in protecting all the appliances, floors and walls. Mark removed the cabinet doors and refinished the cabinet casings and fireplace in two days and they looked absolutely amazing.. You would never know we had them refinished. A week later Mark came back with the cabinet doors and installed them. Needless to say Mark exceeded my expectations and he will be the only one I call in the future.. We are now looking to update our upstairs bathroom so Elegance Surface Concepts will be getting a call soon.

"Mark responded promptly to my initial call.  He took my information and quickly gave me a rate estimate.  As we went further into the process, he found an issue with my income that would prevent me from successfully refinancing.  He stopped the process at that point.
Another mortgage broker actually saw my tax returns and did not come to the same conclusion as Mark.  This other broker was ready to charge me ~$500 for an appraisal until I pointed out the income problem.
Mark performed his job with a sense of responsibility. In the end, it probably prevented me from losing $500.
