"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

Nick kept in contact on a weekly basis until we found date that worked.  He and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and kept at the job until it was done.  One shutter arrived damaged from the company so Nick sent it back.  He made sure that the correct holes were made by the window to accept the re-ordered shutter so that anyone form his crew could stop by and install it once they received it.     All of the other work was done in less than one day due to the nice size of the crew.  Everyone on the crew were very pleasant and neat.  The re-ordered shutter arrived in less than 7 days and was promptly installed,
