"Dave/Diamondwood took over a major remodel project (essentially a new home) from another contractor. We are in our house today thanks to Dave and his team. Dave was very communicative along the way and we worked together well on the scheduling of each phase along with what owner supplied items were needed for the next step. Dave takes a lot of pride in his work and we are grateful for the effort he showed us in building our home. We would work with him again."

"Outstanding service, I would highly recommend Kirk for any remodeling needs. Im extremely pleased with his work and dedication to detail for my kitchen upgrade. He was very professional and completed the task in a timely manner. Very clean too!"

"Actually had 3 projects. Kitchen and 2 baths. A few very minor issues with the kitchen but almost 100% satisfied. The 2nd bath was done fully to our satisfaction. The main bath was a problem but after too many requests for corrections and attempts to make things right we chose to end the relationship."

"Rick Sievers, General Contractor and Owner of Bay Ridge Development Inc., provided everything he promised in his bid with skill, flexibility, organization and constant communication. As is probably true with any remodel, we requested changes at various intervals throughout and Rick handled those requests with grace and showed his ability to be flexible. He is extremely skilled and always strove for perfection in his own performance as well as the performance of the specialty services he hired. Rick performed most of the work himself, so he was onsite the majority of the time, and when a specialty service was required, he hired people who worked to his high standards. Rick's organization and communication skills are wonderful and were very much appreciated from day one. There were absolutely no surprises due to Rick's ability to communicate throughout our remodel. Rick was a pleasure to interact with, from beginning to end, and we won't hesitate to request his services in the future. We absolutely love the end result! "We have been using Beman Builders and Joe Beman for a number of years now and a number of projects from a remodel of a Victorian home with 4 bathrooms and a monster kitchen. Recently, Joe built an Art Studio for my wife. Joe is the best builder in this area because he pays attention to detail. He will submit and bid and stick to it rather than nickel and dime you like a lot of contractors in this area. He is courteous and a nice guy. He works quickly and the job site is ALWAYS cleaned up every evening before Joe leaves. Any attempt to hire another contractor other than Joe would just be a waste of money and time."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"I could not be more pleased with my home remodel and construction of a new storage shed performed by Bob Thornton. The remodeled area matches perfectly with my existing home. No one would ever know that the remodeled living space was not part of the original home. The new storage shed aligns seamlessly with the architecture of my existing home, including roof pitch, vinyl siding, shingles, windows and door. Bob has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction, from foundation to finish-carpentry and all steps in between, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring and drywall. I threw a lot of curve balls at Bob during the construction, and he handled them all in a kind and professional manner. He worked with me throughout the building process to ensure I would be pleased with the final results. The work was performed promptly and within budget. What stands out the most is Bobs attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and use of superior materials. Bob exceeded my expectations and made the entire process fun. I was almost sad when the work was completed, as it was such a pleasure working with Bob and his crew. I would not think of hiring anyone else for any future projects. I highly recommend Bob Thorton for any job, big or small."
