"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Good, but they still need to do a quality control check on May 1st to make sure the treatment works and the owner wants to make sure the workers did a good job. I was confused by the lead workers information about the treatment and I spoke to the owner, who is going make sure the employees explain better what to expect to customers. The only issue was the employees who left multiple cigarette butts on the ground behind where the work vehicle was parked on the street in front of the house and I also spoke to the owner of the business. I was told by the owner on May 3rd someone would be out to remove the cigarette butts and disciplinary action would be taken. I removed the cigarette butts myself on May 5th, which was a Sunday and I told the owner when I last talked to him that I did not want anyone to get in trouble. I initially was given the 5% discount and prior to ordering the service I asked if they could do better on the cost. The owner authorized another 5% and that was much appreciated. The constant e-mails asking me to rate the sevice was too much and not appreciated. I pay for the service and I'm not going to be harassed by Angie's list on these issues, please stop.

"Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)"

"I had Anytime Roofing perform a number of roofing enhancements in preparation of my roof for solar. They were able to accommodate my schedule as well as be very flexible in some last minute additions to my project that I requested. They did the following - Leveled and reinforced the roof decking (Majority of the project) - Installed a ridge venting system to enhance attic ventilation - Moved furnace and plumbing intakes and exhausts - Installed roofing anchors I was very happy with the pricing, patience, timeline and results of the project and will be calling them first again in the future for my roofing needs"
