"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Company does excellent work. You will be greatly pleased with the services they provide."

"I am very pleased with the job James and his crew did for me. They showed up on time and completed the work agreed upon. They cleared out heavy undergrowth around my fence lines. A very good and respectable man to work with. This review is an update to the character of the owner of Newsome Property Management Services. Mr Newsome entered into a gentlemanâ s agreement to purchase a tractor, trailer and implements I had for his business. Mr Newsome agreed to make installment payments almost a year has passed and he has not fulfilled his part and makes no attempt to pay or work off his part. He has left me no choice but small claims court."

"A great response from Dkdorden, great work and done in a timely manner. We will be calling this contractor for any other repairs needed in the future."

"We are happy with Wayne and hope we can continue our working relationship for a long time."

"Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The owners estimate was very accurate, he also advised the need for other repairs. I enjoyed working with this company."
