"The pavement built up went perfectly and there is no longer a large bump when entering the garage. The seal coating initially went well. They were careful to protect a paver sidewalk that buts up to the driveway. However, the night after the coat was put down, and prior to the coating curing completely, a storm with torrential downpours came through. Some of the coating splashed up onto the garage door leaving it a mess. As soon as Advance was notified of this they came out and fixed the problem, no questions asked no argument or debate. Advance Paving and Property did a good job on the work they were contracted and the service after the sale was phenomenal. I would not think twice about hiring them again for future projects."

"Everything went really well.Paul came down to the house in july and gave me a estimate on ripping out the inside concrete of the garage and ripping out the driveway and replacing that,and replacing some of the sidewalk a previous contractor messed up.Paul's guy's are professional and know what their doing.Paul himself is a great guy to work with.If you have any question's he's easy to get a hold of.The work turned out pretty sweet--compared to the last contractor that I had---"PAUL WAS A GODSEND"I'm looking to hire on paul in the future to replace the front sidewalk and a few other things around the house.The only problem that I had was one of paul's guys accidently hit the top part of my garage door opening with the skeed steer.The one gent in charge tried to patch it up and I told him he would have to repair it like new.With no argument that's what he did.It was only maybe a foot length damage.They got the material and even painted it for me.i'd give paul and his crew an A overall."

"Weather does affect the days they can work, and they kept us informed of the start date. All the crew are extremely friendly and responsive and easy to work with. They do excellent work and they work fast. Their equipment is heavy, and you need to plan for possible deep ruts in your yard from large trucks and equipment. We are completely satisfied - a wonderful company. We highly recommend them."

"I requested three bids on the project and we picked Creative Concrete and Landscape because they were the middle of the line bid, but more importantly John was the only one of the three that appeared professional and went above and beyond to answer questions and provide insight. <br /> The set up phase, pour, and clean up went fantastic.  I was able to communicate with John and receive responses less than 24 hours later (I had to get a permit and deal with the village and needed his help quite a bit). <br />"

"Brian came out to give us an estimate and was very thorough and professional. He provided references and brought samples so we could make an educated choice. The workers showed up on time and replaced the roof in one very HOT day. They took care to keep the yard clean, but there was some minor debris left around, namely some roofing felt in the trees and bushes and nails around the driveway. The tarp they used to protect our plants on such a hot day actually damaged them a bit. Brian did say that any issues with the plants would be resolved. We trimmed the damaged parts off the affected plants and they are fine, so no resolution was necessary. The crew worked all day and did a great job. The new roof looks wonderful. About two weeks after the job was completed, we had a torrential rain storm and discovered a leak in the roof. Brian was contacted and came out to make the necessary repairs. They repaired the roof and subsequent storms have proven the repair was done correctly. We were given about 30 photos of the roof job in progress, which will be quite helpful if we ever have issues in future. All the paperwork required to activate the warranty was handled by Brian and we were given copies of all pertinent information for our records. Despite the small leak, Brian and crew did an excellent job and we are very happy with the finished roof. Brian was quite patient and easy to work with. We would work with Brian again. <br />"
