"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."

"Excellent customer service. Excellent finished product. West Shore Home came to install a shower in one bathroom and bathtub/shower in another bathroom. Their customer service is top tier! They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"I don’t think I can possibly say enough about the professionalism of Ryan and his crew. From the overall design, the electricians, the plumbers, and the painters. Everyone was delightful. I have never had this type of experience with a construction project before. My wife and I are thoroughly delighted with the outcome. it has been over a month now and we still get excited every time we just walk into the bathroom. The lighting is spectacular. Everything came out even better than we imagined. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew for any construction project that you may be investigating. Ryan and everyone in his crew is very personable and delightful to have it around. Their work goes beyond just professional. They work together as a well oiled machine that delivers a masterpiece. "After a few days of heavy rains our basement was flooded, and mostly ruined. Daybrook was able to remove all the damaged materials (flooring/walls/etc) to make room for the waterproofing company to install draintile around the perimeter of our basement. Once they were complete, David and his team returned and promptly restored the walls, floors, paint, etc to have our basement looking better than before the storm. 5/5 would recommend & would use again --- in fact, we already have for other projects around our home."

"Briscoe accepted a job involving a drain tile system installation, window wrapping, and installing new steps. None of the work was performed satisfactorily or up to code, until he was forced by the City/State regulators. This contractor is unknowledgeable with most home improvement skills and relied on City inspectors to instruct him; therefore, multiple inspections and revisions held up the project. He could not perform basic skills such as caulking. A two week project took 6 months to complete, and wasted my value time. I do not recommend him to anyone."
