We scheduled our appointment for a free assessment and was pleasantly greeted by Troy, their inspector. He assessed the damage and in a matter of minutes found the outlying nest in the back yard. Troy took his time and explained all their solutions and combined packages discounts which led us to hiring them to come out a few days later to treat the termite problem. Jeremy, whom I understand to be a Biology major, came out and went to work immediately and completed everything in record time. He patiently answered al of my questions and explained the entire process. I have signed up for quarterly inspections of the bait stations and check ins and I am happy I did. Now these problems will be one less for us to worry about for years to come"

"I found Aaron's by seeing his truck driving down the street and decided to call. We just bought the house as is a few months ago and I found some termite damage to a basement window frame and knew I needed to have it treated before making any repairs.
Aaron showed up with a crew of 3 other workers and they worked for about 5 hours (that's 20 hours labor). They dug a small trench around the periphery of the house and treated for termites. They also treated for periphery of the rooms within the house for general pests and they put down traps and poison for mice. It seemed like their work was thorough and they knew what they were doing. They said they will be back in a few weeks to start treating my basement for powder-post beetles. They are going to charge $45 a quarter for maintenance for general pests and $60 per year for termite upkeep. In the past, I had a pest control contract through Brody Brothers and they charged $110 a quarter for general pest control to treat a small rowhouse, so I consider what Aaron is charging to be very fair.
The workers were very nice and I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
