He was able to install & replace the garage door opener SAME DAY! Vlad could NOT have been more EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL! He is a great asset to the company... A++ We will return for any annual service/maintenance etc in the future."

"I had another company come out who told me I needed an entire new garage door and new springs for a total cost of $1300. When I called Pacific Garage & Doors and spoke to Liz, she gave me some very simple suggestions on what the problem might be. I followed what she said and was able to fix the problem myself. I appreciate this company's helpfulness and honesty and they will be the ones I call when I do actually need some work done on my garage door."

"I contacted several companies to repair or replace my garage door. Yuri was the last one I reached out to, and he arrived in less than two hours. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Yuri told me he could fix the garage with a one-year warranty. He also replaced all the rollers and the spring at a very reasonable price. My garage is working perfectly again. I usually don't leave reviews because I don't have the time, but this time Yuri deserved a great one, so I took my time to write it. Excellent job, Yuri."

"Imperial Gates are the best! They installed and later fixed our garage door; and got our iron gates working like a charm. Great workmanship! Great reliability. Thanks to Sam!"

"Had wiring issues with our garage door opener. Dani responded on the app within 10 minutes and was at our home within 2 hours. Fixed our issue very quickly and at a very reasonable rate, and he taught me things about the opener, too. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dani!"

"They fixed it quickly in 20 minutes."

"Superb service and quality door. This was the 2nd company I had come do an estimate. The owner or manager on the phone pointed me to their on-line catalogue and scheduled an estimate. They came promptly (that evening). The representative was professional and answered all of my questions. I ordered the door and expected a much longer wait for it to be manufactured since I chose a wood-tone look. The door arrived in 3 weeks (instead of predicted 6) while others were up to 3 months. The crew arrived early and got it installed in a couple hours - on a Friday. This included all the door parts - new rails, rollers, door. The field tech checked and we showed him a window discoloration that was between the panes. The installers came the next Monday morning and replaced two windows (one that we noted and one the tech noted was discolored). The door is SO quiet. The nylon wrapped wheel axels and rollers as well as a well-aligned installation are nearly vibrationless. We have the same door opener, so I know it's the door. And it was 20% cheaper than the other estimate. Well done Cali Garage Door Repair - under budget, ahead of schedule and with a small bobble addressed to boot."
