Cody was on time, professional, took the time to explain and show me what was wrong and answer my questions. The motor needed replacement and, while it was too late in the day to get one, as soon as the local distributor of the motor was open, I received a call from Gentry with the quote (quite reasonable) and Cody arrived an hour later. "They replaced the entire roof, and they did our downspouts. There was a part on the chimney that needed to be replaced, so that was a part of it. The salesman came when we first asked them for an estimate. He came and looked at the roof, and he came with samples and coloring, so it was about what they do. Then, when we went forward they had a project manager on site from start to finish, so if you have any issues you can reach out to the project manager and it could be rectified. I guess the one thing they failed to tell us, I think they got a wrong email address. We have eaves up in the attic where we do storage. It didn't ding on us that there would be dust and debris. All the stuff in the attic was covered with roofing material and just a lot of dust. If we were told, we probably would have covered all of our things. So, that was the one disconnect. It just would have been nice to know. The pricing was good. Their price was very competitive to others, but there were things that exceeded the others. They're very responsive. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The project manager was here every day of the job to make sure everything was handled correctly."

"I wasn't really happy with the service.  They hired someone else to do our roof.  I actually wanted the roofer that worked for the company to do the work. Three or four months later we had a wind storm and it knocked three or four shingles off. I called Mark and he came back out to fix it. We had a communication problem in the beginning but since have worked on the issue."

"The estimators that came out reviewed the roof and found a couple spots where they said the shingles needed replacing and where the two had blown off in the wind. Both of the men who came out were afraid of heights. One was afraid to climb the ladder, the other climbed the ladder and was afraid to come back down. He jumped from the upper roof to our sunroom roof. I was truly shocked. I do not believe that is a safe practice at all. As he hit the sunroom roof his momentum almost carried him off that roof. When I questioned him about it, he said he could see where the support was for the roof and he jumped on that. He could have been severely injured and he could have severely damaged the sunroom roof. The actual installers who came out were up and down within 20 minutes and showed me pictures of what they did. The were late, but the job was finished as promised by the date they said it would be. There is a standard fee to just get them to come out to replace the shingles ($595 - I had a coupon to get it to $495). One hundred dollars a shingle. I need to change my career."
