"Rick "Ricky" Freeman is great to work with... I texted him on Sunday evening and he was here on Monday at 10am. He got my AC working in a very short time. An hour after he left the thermostat turns off. Apparently the AC blew a fuse on the furnace and shut everything off. I called him again and he was back at the house within an hour. Ricky diagnosed the problem which wasn't easy since furnace is in the attic and there is no light and no room to work (on your back or side in must areas). After replacing the fuse Ricky went out of his way repairing a hole in air return duct that had been there for years, cleaning drip pan, and moving shutoff value out of the way, as well as other things. He spent an 1 1/2 working and when done he left shaking my hand with a smile and saying, "No Charge" for this trip. I argued briefly with him telling him the fuse blowing had nothing to do with original service call, but he just said no problem, still No Charge. This kind of service is what makes great entrepreneurs, not because he didn't charge me for the second service I would have gladly paid the same as with the first service call, but rather his work ethic and caring about his craft! "The service rep was quite unprofessional. Appeared a bit unkept, very young- which wouldn't normally matter - but the way the quote was handled was not business appropriate. He immediately said he would have to rip out and remove the entire existing shower without trying to see if he could pinpoint the problem. Other companies gave me several options for fix&repair vs entire removal and replacement - but this guy only gave me complete replacement. Said it couldn't be done any other way. <br />"

"We first hired the Davenports to rebuild a utility room which housed a water heater and well tank that was in need of reconstruction due to prolonged water damage. Bruce was very responsive and came to estimate the job the next day. His price was fair and we hired them to build the utility room and a new deck. These guys did awesome work! The deck is really well built, very sturdy and a very high level of craftsmanship. Bruce matched our roofline with the utility room rebuild and had better ideas than me with how to design it, great job! After seeing their quality of work we hired them to build an addition onto our cabin, we had been looking for someone in the area for over a year. Bruce and his sons came in on budget and on time! The new addition is excellent, we added a master bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, laundry closet and walk in closet. The overall design and execution is extremely high quality and Bruce, Matt, and Houston were very professional about everything. We live in Fl and received pictures via text messages each day showing progress on the job. We just came home from spending a week in our new room addition and could not be more pleased.
