John was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and gave some great suggestions to solve the lighting issues that were driving me crazy in my brand new home. One of the projects was to hang a ceiling fan in a room where no lighting existed. I thought this would be a problem but John had it all figured out and had it wired and installed in no time. John and his wife cleaned everything up before they left and were extremely considerate while in my home – and kept me laughing the entire time. Pricing was extremely fair as well. "I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
