"I have nothing bad to say about Appliance Repair MD; they were fantastic every step of the way. Grace answered my initial request for help very quickly and was always friendly and super responsive. Danny diagnosed the issue, the part was ordered, and within a few days, my refrigerator was up and running again. They are very transparent about billing, and I also appreciate the COVID precautions before and during the appointments. I have already recommended them to a friend, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should I need appliance repair. Thanks!"

"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!"

"Would be the first I call anytime I have a problem! Prompt and Great service!!"

"They were positive about the repair-apparently not only was my stove unusual-but 36 yrs+ in age! Although the burner was a universal part -it was NO longer readily available-they obtained it and installed it quickly-within a day or two-really impressed-not cheap but surely they got the job done..kudos to them!"

"Steve was great! Contacted me right away and scheduled our appointment for first thing the next business day. He fixed the issue in less than 20m and was fair and transparent in pricing—and he has a 1 year guarantee! Absolutely recommend and will be calling Steve for repairs in the future."

"Pilot light was out, and the oven was taking a long time to heat up. The repairman was swift, efficient, polite and professional. I would recommend and call again for repairs."
