"Mark took a deposit from me and then never followed up on submitting the proposal I signed to my co-op and getting approval. Finally almost a year later, I asked for the deposit back, and he said he would mail immediately after briefly trying to convince me to still let him do the job, because it was simply "out of sight out of mind". That was 2 years ago. I'm filing a small claims case against him/the company tomorrow."

They remodeled our basement, and did a custom builtin to house our 180 gal fish tank. They removed a wall to make the basement more open space. Not only that but they did it cleanly, efficiently and in an amazing turn around time. They also more recently helped to fix our crown molding around our fridge in order for us to buy a bigger one and it looks exactly like the rest of our kitchen.
