He had me text him pictures of the insects I was dealing with and told me right then what they were. He scheduled an appointment for Jerome to come out for an estimate. I need to reschedule for an emergency dentist appointment. He was super understanding and got me on the calendar for a few days later. I ended up canceling morning of because I had gotten the issue under control on my own. Again, he was super understanding and said no problem at all, glad you got it resolved! I will definitely contact them in the future if I have a pest problem."

"Follow up to my previous review. A couple days after Ed removed momma raccoon and 3 of 4 kits (one got away and was hiding in a sea of blown insulation) I heard the remaining kit moving above a bedroom. I let Ed know and he returned and was able to quickly catch the little rascal. Thinking he would catch the 4th kit he had kept the momma and 3 other siblings at his home. At the time I am writing this all 4 kits are with momma and safely placed by Ed in their new home in the wild. This is a good man who knows, respects and loves wildlife."
