"Left the job unfinished. I paid $7,400. Destroyed my dining table. I have to pay $1,500 to get it restored. Hired this man to do woodwork and I got junkyard woodwork to install two in lights that I had to have reinstalled and to paint. He came over with a broken arm and then went on vacation for 5 days and had a Mexican worker and his wife painting my house. He had to get a new painter over here and guess what? I had to pay a new painter to do everything. I paid for painting twice. James didn't finish the job. He took a door away from me and won't give it back. He didn't come over to see the work that was done. And how my house is destroyed and I am having to find other p people to undestroy my house. I just had a really great professional painting job done and they undid everything and that James Hamilton services did. Like putting globs of paint over my 1920s hard work and painting over it. It's just unbelievable what these people did. It's been going on since June. He has harassed me and threatened me with his attorney and I'm like I should be the one threatening with an attorney. The man has harassed me and threatened me with everything and he won't even come over and see the end work. See all the paint that's all over my floor. He won't give me my door. I've paid for all of this. He destroyed my kitchen table. 18 years of memories she destroyed and then he destroyed it more when he had another man come over. I can't find anyone to help me. I can't find an attorney so if anyone knows anyone please let me know"

"JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."
