"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. "When TED first proposed the Job he went thru a verbal description explaining the work that needed to be done and I was impressed with his knowledge and insights. We did not haggle on price in that I had other estimates and wanted to give Ted the incentive to do the job right and in a timely manner. He met all those goals. "In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front.
