The whole proces was completed in less than 4 days, and ours is a large deck. They did an outstanding job. They were prompt, hard-working, efficient, and they completely cleaned up everything they did. They could not have been nicer. We were left with a beautiful rail and a deck that looks virtually new. The price was extremely reasonable. We simply could not have been more pleased."

He had great communication and addressed any questions I had throughout entire the process from beginning to end. He worked with me to come up with a design that totally transformed the look and function of the back deck: from layout of the boards, railings, placement of stairs, entry/exit, lighting, there is a nice balance and symmetry with lots of thoughtful touches and consideration to the flow and use of the spaces. Some of the finished detailing is above and beyond what I was expecting. The end result is much nicer than I could have imagined. Jake and his team were thorough, communicative, professional, and left the spaces clean upon completion of the project. The rear of the house now looks amazing. But I was very adamant to work with him due to his wonderful kindness & patients with me as a new homeowner. So 3 wks. What blew me away way his ability to creat out customized banister to accommodate safety & partial removal features as needed. Let’s just say, he did that!
