"I used National twice, on two separate moves. The service ad value in and out of Arizona was fabulous. Harry and his team at Premier Van and Storage was the local partner of National. Everything was well coordinated ad communicated, My move to and from Oregon were not so good. The communication was poor, and the van driver who picked up our stuff in Minnesota worked alone for much of the time, leaving our house at 10:30pm. Overall, we got our things on time and with little breakage. I would use National again and recommend them."

He even gave some helpful suggestions on how we might reduce cost for the move. He was always available, and patiently assisted when we called back with several adjusted load plans. "Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
