"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. "This company did a five star job. We found plenty of evidence convincing that complete new roofing was needed. The 'Unique Roofing & Home Improvement Co.' took time to look everywhere, including attics--and I went with them. Only one of the six other companies that came to our house even asked if they could look inside the attics. Two of the companies came, but didn't even bother to go up on the roof! Furthermore, this company promised to start that same day, and they did. Two whole days and it was done. The price may have been a bit high, I'm not sure. But their team did very good work. I recommend this company. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is because they were very pushy when trying to get me to sign the contract: 'now or never!' They wouldn't even wait for my wife to come home, so we could decide together. No one likes that! In the end, however, they proved to be quite friendly, and my wife & I were very satisfied with the work they did on our house ."
