"Daniel, one of the partners came, analyzed the problem and ordered parts to repair the dishwasher at a very reasonable price. He came back the next day to replace the pump and found that there was a further problem that could not be detected the day before. It turned out to be the computer board which would have cost more than most new dishwashers. He suggested that we just buy a new dishwasher and forego the repair. He only charged us the $75 Service Call even though he was there two days in a row for at least an hour each time. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session.
