"We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The number one most amazing company, service, and people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Umar and Jason went so far beyond the call of duty to help me buy and install a new washing machine the SAME day mine broke. This was not a normal emergency of having a broken washer. I was having a medical emergency with my daughter and needed a working washer. Umar and Jason shopped, bought a washer, and installed it the same day. They hauled away my old machine. Their fees which included the cost of an extra large Samsung washer were fair and reasonable. I should have been charged a concierge charge because that was the level of service they provided..I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair or installation of a new appliance. They truly are â Above the Rest.â"

"Repairman Chad is an extremely knowledgeable professional who did give up until he identified the problem with my induction stove top. And it was an electrical problem and not the stovetop at all. He is courteous, pleasant , and was very mindful not to damage the hardwood floor. I was able to get an appoimtment the day I called and Chad arrived at the expected time. There was even a courtesy phone call to let me know of his ETA. I am very pleased with the service provided."

"Fantastic service. Fast, extremely affordable. Technician Leo was pleasant and incredibly efficient. Oven works like new. Thank you again and thank you Leo, best of luck with your future endeavors!"

"Found the problem quickly. Removed the ice from my freezer. Had to order computer board but got refrigerator working temporarily. Returned as promised and finished repairs. Very efficient and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience. No hassles and reasonable price"

"Global Repairs, LLC was an outstanding company to do business with. They were the 2nd company we contacted for our freezer, because the 1st one charged us for a diagnosis (that was incorrect btw) and then told us they didn’t work on our brand afterwards. The service technician was professional, polite, competent and an all around pleasure. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Global Repairs, LLC for any appliance repair needs. If you need help, they are the company to hire. Period!"

"Lucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."

I was professional technician high skill and good attitude working under global repair appliance and under lg company allappliance and refrigeration system.
