"There was a wind storm in DC that caused some of the shingles on my roof to be damaged and I called and scheduled an appointment with Keith Roofing to assess the damage. Quite a few homes in the area sustained roof or structural damage and I was pleased that Keith Roofing was able to schedule an appointment so quickly. On the day of the appointment, the roofer arrived on time and determined that some of the nails had dislodged and caused some of the shingles to lift away from the roof. He nailed and sealed the lifted shingles and, as a bonus, cleaned out my clogged gutters. He climbed up and removed a branch that was growing under some shingles at the edge, checked for damage, then looked in the attic (and sent me photos and video) and in a room where I was worried about a possible leak — and he didn’t charge me for anything. He gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate for a new roof, but without any pressure to replace it now. I plan to call him for that in a few years."
