"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it worked out well. The technician who came out spent more time here than was covered in the Big Deal and did not charge anything extra. Only the owner came out to do the work. He walked over the entire roof and nailed down shingles that had come up because the old nails had popped up. He also put caulking along the area and made other suggestions to me regarding drainage and down spouts. This was the first time I used this company. He was very courteous, easy to work with and explained everything. He did a good job as far as I was concerned."

"John and Andy had to remove a single window and door in order to install a double-door for my balcony. Everything went smoothly and John even was able to squeeze in a few small jobs without prior notice.
If you want a contractor that will work with you and do a good job, call John. For those of you that want free - or well below average contractor pay - and you want it done in 1-2 days, well, go do it yourself…..

"Very well. Mark Broyles did exceptional work on our project. He is reliable, an expert in his job, and is very pleasant. He was always on time, and was really good about working with me on where to install grab bars for the shower, where to install the vanity, etc. We would defintely use Community Builders again. Also, Daniel worked with the project to video tape the process and condense it into a short video. He is also a dedicated worker and exhibits a very pleasant personality."
