"We were not able to open the door at all hence both of our cars were locked in -- on a Sunday. We called and they said the repair person would arrive in an hour and they were right on time. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) "Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"

"The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."

In my humble opinion, the roofing side of the company is superior to the gutter installation services. I wouldn't hesitate to call Robert Woods to handle any future roofing repairs for my home. Robert Wood, his roofing expertise and his administrative team made a good and lasting impression on me and I'm confident to invite him back for future roofing repair needs.
As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.
